Filming on an Upcoming KBS Drama Starring Park Eun Bin and SF9’s Rowoon Has Been Halted Due to a Fire

On the set of the upcoming KBS drama “Yeonmo,” a fire broke out (literal title).

A fire broke out at the Korean Folk Village in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, on August 5 at 9:10 p.m. KST, and it was put out in 20 minutes by the assigned firefighters.

“There was a fire when we were filming at the Korean Folk Village yesterday,” a source from “Yeonmo” said on August 6. One of the crew members witnessed the fire, got burned while putting it out, and needed medical attention. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the fire officials. We’re awaiting the outcome.”

“Today’s film schedule has been canceled,” they added. We haven’t decided when we’ll start filming again.”

“Yeonmo” is about a pair of royal twins, one male and one female, and is based on a manhwa (Korean comic). The sister is originally rejected since she was born a girl, but she subsequently disguises herself as a man to take her brother’s position as crown prince. Park Eun Bin, Rowoon from SF9, Byungchan from VICTON, Jung Chaeyeon from DIA, Bae Yoon Kyung, Nam Yoon Su, and Bae Soo Bin feature in the drama.
