Heechul and Momo Has Ended Their Relationship After 18 Months of Dating

Kim Heechul of Super Junior and Momo of TWICE have broken up, according to reports.

“We checked with the artist, and it is true that they broke up,” both SJ and JYP Entertainment told Sports Donga. “Please understand that we cannot explain the details of it as it is the artist’s private life,” the label stated.

On July 8, news outlet Star Today published a report citing an industry source who stated that Kim Heechul and Momo had parted ways.

The source explained, “From what I know, they drifted apart due to each of their busy schedules, so they ended their romantic relationship and returned to being colleagues and having a senior-and-junior relationship.”

Kim Heechul and Momo made their relationship public in January 2020 after previously denying reports of their relationship. The pair has been publicly dating for a year and half.

Kim Heechul’s agency Label SJ and Momo’s agency JYP Entertainment stated, “We have seen the report regarding the breakup and are checking it now.”
