Starting with episode 1, we see 5 friends who know each other so well and are now doctors with different specialties.
Here are 5 characters background:
- Chae Song-Hwa (Jeon Mi Do) – Neurosurgeon is caring and friendly character who is the only female friend within the group. Her hobby is to go camping when she has free time!
- Lee Ik-Jun (Jo Jung Suk) – is an assistant professor of general surgery. He has a cute little son with him, and he gives out the positive vibe throughout the drama.
- Kim Joon Wan (Jung Kyong-Ho) A Cardiothaoracic surgeon, he is sometimes cold yet has a very warm heart inside.
- Ahn Jung-Won (Yoo YeonSuk) A Pediatrician, who loves children so so much, he would sometimes cry for them. But also he wants to become a priest and study towards this theology field which makes his mom face struggles.
- Yang Seok-Hyung (Kim DaeMyung) An OB-GYN Surgeon, who has a deep connection with his mother and his face expression will always make you smile.
While most K-dramas contain love story as the main plot, this drama is more about individual character’s life and their personal stories along with 5 friends’ friendship. They started doing a band and seeing them play together and do an online concert – that’s awesome.
There are 12 episodes to the drama, and each episode will make your heart feel warm, happy, sad, frustrated, relieved, and more.
LAST EPISODE:
Song Hwa decides to move to a smaller hospital near the ocean in the rural area to just recover from her neck injury. Though her leaving made a lot of audience sad, we hope that season 2 will bring her back! 
And another key part was Ahn Jung-Won deciding to not to go the priesthood and kisses Resident Jang. So he chose love!
