Lee Do Hyun’s acting debut happened in 2017 wherein he played the young version of Jung Kyung Ho’s character for the 2017 black comedy ‘Prison Playbook’
“In 2018, Lee was cast as a member of the high school rowing club and also the second male lead’s best friend in the romantic television series Still 17. He was nominated for his performance in the “Character of the Year” category at the 2018 SBS Drama Awards alongside Ahn Hyo-seop and Jo Hyun-sik.
On the same yaer, the three actors presented G.O.D’s One Candle. Lee Do Hyun also appeared in ‘Clean With Passion For Now’ as a younger brother of the female lead and a talented Taekwondo athlete.
In 2019, Lee Do Hyun joined the cast of the dark fantasy television series Hotel del Luna, which became one of the highest-rated cable television Korean dramas. He also made a special appearance in The Great Show on tvN. Lee appeared in Scouting Report, the fifth drama of the tenth season of KBS Drama Special, for which he received the “Best Actor in a One-Act/Special/Short Drama Award” at the 33rd KBS Drama Awards.
In 2020, based on the American movie 17 Again, he appeared in the romantic comedy 18 Again, where he played Zac Efron’s counterpart. He also starred later that year in Sweet Home on Netflix, adapted from the webtoon of the same name. In 2021, Lee Do Hyun is set to star in the Youth of May of KBS2.

Prison Playbook (Debut Drama)
Drama series depicts the story of prisoners and staff at a prison.
Je-Hyeok (Park Hae-Soo) is the best relief pitcher in Korea. He will go to the U.S. and sign a contract with a major league team. One night, he hears his sister screaming and sees a man running out of her apartment. Je-Hyeok and the man get into a physical struggle with Je-Hyeok striking the man with a rock. Later, Je-Hyeok receives a 1 year prison sentence for using excessive force. Devastated, Je-Hyeok must adapt to life in prison.
Meanwhile, Joon-Ho (Jung Kyoung-Ho) is a friend of Je-Hyeok and works in the prison as an officer. He waits for Je-Hyeok’s arrival.
Still 17 (Supporting Role)

Gong Woo-Jin (Yang Se-Jong) is a 30-year-old single man and he works as a set designer. Due to a trauma he experienced 13 years ago, he does not want to have a relationship with others.
When Woo Seo-Ri (Shin Hye-Sun) was 17, she fell into a coma. 13 years later, she wakes up from her coma. Her mental age is still that of a 17-year-old, but she is now 30-years-old.

Clean With Passion For Now (Supporting Role)

Gil Oh-sol (Kim Yoo Jung), an employee at a cleaning company, meets Jang Seon-gyul (Yoon Kyung Sang), the boss of the company. The two are diametric opposite when it comes to cleanliness. With the help of Oh-sol, Seon-gyul faces his mysophobia and falls in love with her.
Hotel Del Luna (Supporting Role)
Lee Do-hyun as Go Chung-myung is a royal guard captain during the Goguryeo era who fell in love with Man-wol. He was forced to marry Princess Song-hwa and to capture the rebels and kill them to rid the king of suspicions and protect his clan as well as to spare Man-wol from punishment. Just after his marriage to Song-hwa, he intentionally allowed himself be killed by Man-wol out of his unwavering love and guilt towards her. The first guest of the hotel, he too has been repaying his sins and secretly stayed by Man-wol’s side due to a promise he made.
Hotel De Luna revolves around Jang Man-Wol (IU), the CEO of Hotel del Luna. The hotel is situated in downtown in Seoul and has a very old appearance. She made a big error many years ago and, because of this, she has been stuck at Hotel del Luna. She is beautiful, but she is fickle, suspicious and greedy.
Koo Chan-Sung (Yeo Jin-Goo) worked as the youngest assistant manager ever at a multinational hotel corporation. He is a sincere perfectionist. He looks level-headed, but he actually has a soft disposition. Due to an unexpected case, he begins to work as a manager at Hotel del Luna. The hotel’s clientele consists of ghosts.
KBS Drama Special: Scouting Reort (Main Lead)

Kyung-Woo (Choi Won-Young) is a former baseball player and he now works as a baseball scout. Jae-Won (Lee Do-Hyun) is a promising high school baseball player.
18 Again (Main Lead)
Jung Da-Jung (Kim Ha-Neul) is married to 37-year-old Hong Dae-Young (Yoon Sang-Hyun). They have have 18-year-old son and daughter. Jung Da-Jung works hard as a rookie announcer and she has a warm heart. She becomes completely fed up with her husband and is unable to deal with him anymore. Hong Dae-Young got fired from his job and he is looked down upon by his family. Jung Da-Jung hands him divorce papers.
Meanwhile, Hong Dae-Young looks at himself as an ordinary jobless middle-aged man. He regrets his life. At that moment, his body changes into that of an 18-year-old year old person, while his mind is still that of his 37-year-old self. Back in his teenage days, Hong Dae-Young (Lee Do-Hyun) was an excellent basketball player and also popular. Now, with his regained 18-year-old body, he changes his name to Ko Woo-Young and begins to live a new life.
Sweet Home (Main Role)

Lee Do Hyun as Lee Eun Hyuk, a medical student and Eun-yu’s older brother. He is the brain and the leader of the building’s survivors. He handles everything with calm mind and rational decision. He appears to be cold hearted.
Cha Hyun-Su (Song Kang) is a high school student. He is also a recluse and rarely leaves his room. He refuses to talk to his father, mother and younger sister. One day, his whole family, except for him, dies in a car accident. Cha Hyun-Su is left all alone. He moves into a small apartment. At this time, a mysterious phenomenon of humans turning into monster occur all around the world. The residents of Cha Hyun-Su’s apartment building, including Pyeon Sang-Wook (Lee Jin-Wook), fight against these monsters and try to survive.
Youth of May (Main Lead)

In May, 1980, during the turbulent times of the Gwangju Uprising, Hee-Tae (Lee Do-Hyun) and Myung-Hee (Go Min-Si) fall in love. Their love seems destined by fate.
Hee-Tae is a medical student, who entered medical school at the top his class. He seems like an easygoing person, but he also has an unyielding spirit and obstinacy. Myung-Hee has worked as a nurse for the past 3 years. She is a lovely person, who stands up against what is not fair.
“Youth of May” will be 12 episodes long, and it is currently in discussion to air in the spring of 2021.
