BLACKPINK will release a film to celebrate their fifth anniversary!
YG Entertainment officially announced on June 16 that “BLACKPINK The Movie” will be distributed in 100 countries around the world in August, the month of their debut.
The film will feature scenes such as “The Room of Memory,” which will show the memories they’ve shared over the last five years since their debut, “Beauty,” which will feature strong images of the four members with individual personalities, and a “Unreleased Special Interview” for fans.
Additionally, the film will include five songs from their shows “The Show” and “In Your Area (2018)” to provide the audience with a realistic sense of being in a performance arena.
CGV intends to exhibit the film in a variety of forms, including ScreenX, which incorporates a tri-screen theater, 4DX, which allows viewers to experience the echo and catharsis of concert venues, and 4DX Screen, which combines both formats.
BLACKPINK The Movie is part of the “4+1 PROJECT,” BLACKPINK’s fifth anniversary project. It’s a present for BLINKs (fandom name) as well as a festival location where fans may enjoy BLACKPINK’s energetic performance.
