Lee Sung Kyung is working on for a new project.
The actress will play the lead in the upcoming drama “Shooting Star,” according to a source in the industry (literal title).
“Lee Sung Kyung is positively considering [the offer] to star in ‘Shooting Star,’” her agency YG Entertainment commented in response to the article.
“Shooting Star” will share the stories of those who work in the film industry behind the scenes, such as public relations teams, managers, and reporters.
Oh Han Byul, the head of the PR team at an entertainment agency, has been offered to Lee Sung Kyung. She is well-known in the industry for her natural talent, her ability to recognize what appeals to the public, and her persuasive voice and eyes.
If Lee Sung Kyung accepts the part, it will be her first drama in over a year, following the release of “Dr. Romantic 2” in early 2020.
